Split Case Pump
Split Case Fire Pumps
Electric Motor • Diesel Engine • UL/FM
High-capacity horizontal split case fire pumps designed for smooth flow, easy maintenance, and extreme hydraulic durability in commercial and industrial life-safety systems.
Pump Sense horizontal split case fire pumps deliver continuous water delivery under demanding conditions. Configured with heavy-duty electric motor drivers or diesel engines, each unit features precision-machined bronze impellers, dual-volute casings to balance radial loads, and stainless steel sense lines for immediate pressure actuation. Paired with Tornatech brand controllers (including Wye Delta and Soft Start option panels), these skid-mounted systems are pre-wired, factory tested, and compliant with NFPA 20 standards. Whether protecting manufacturing plants, high-rise commercial structures, or distribution centers, our split case packages ensure low maintenance downtime and rapid fire response.

Skid Systems
Modular Pump Stations
Pre-Packaged • Weatherproof • Plug & Play
Turnkey containerized and skid-mounted fire pump systems housed in climate-controlled enclosures for remote industrial sites and critical infrastructure.
Pump Sense pre-engineered containerized fire pump houses eliminate complex on-site construction. Each unit integrates an end suction or split case pump, a diesel engine driver, a jockey pump for pressure maintenance, stainless steel sense lines, and a Tornatech diesel engine fire pump controller inside a insulated steel container. Fully wired, piped, and hydrostatically tested before shipment, these drop-in pump stations provide complete NFPA 20 compliance right out of the box, ensuring rapid deployment and dependable operation in harsh outdoor environments.

Turbine Pumps
Vertical Turbines
Deep Well • Water Intake • Jockey Pump
Vertical turbine fire pumps designed for water sources below ground level. Paired with high-efficiencyWhen water sources sit below ground grade—such as sumps, wells, or lakes—Pump Sense vertical turbine fire pumps provide reliable, high-pressure performance. Built with heavy-duty discharge heads, bowls, and stainless steel impellers, these pumps operate efficiently across high total dynamic heads. Coupled with Tornatech brand controllers and electric drivers, our vertical turbine systems visuals.
Opal came to me with a clear ask: their skincare line was gentle, effective, and ingredient-focused, but their visual identity felt generic and overlooked. I redesigned everything from the ground up, starting with a new logotype that felt softer and more considered. The photography direction emphasized natural light and minimal styling—no aggressive shadows or clinical backdrops. I designed a label system that worked across multiple product formats (bottles, tubes, jars)

All systems engineered to NFPA 20, UL Listed, and FM Approved standards.

PROCESS
How we deliver certified pump performance
Every project runs through a clear, structured process so you always know what's happening next - from idea to final files.
STEP 1
Hydraulic Sizing
We analyze your required GPM flow, head pressure, and water supply conditions to select the optimal fire pump model and driver
STEP 2
System CAD Design
Engineers generate 3D skid layouts specifying Tornatech controllers, power drivers, and stainless sense lines.
STEP 3
Precision Build
Heavy-duty cast iron or bronze impellers are assembled into vibration-isolated skids with industrial wiring.
STEP 4
Factory Test
We test the system on real assets: key pages, packaging, slides, or social content. Feedback is folded in until it feels just right.
STEP 5
Site Commissioning
We deliver complete submittals, O&M manuals, and provide field start-up support to ensure flawless system commissioning.
